Partner terms for restaurants
These terms cover restaurants that sell on Munchabout. They're between your business and STRKK LTD, which runs Munchabout. We've kept them short and plain on purpose.

Who we are
Munchabout is run by STRKK LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 13503997). Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
No long-term commitment
- There is no minimum term and no setup fee. You can cancel any time.
- Your subscription runs month to month, or yearly if you choose to pay yearly.
- When you cancel, your listing comes down at the end of the period you have paid for, never in the middle of an order.
What Munchabout charges
- A flat subscription per location, shown on our pricing page. That is the only thing we charge you.
- No commission and no platform fee on your orders. We take nothing from what your customers pay.
- No fees added to your customers’ baskets by Munchabout.
Your prices
- You set your own menu prices, and you keep them.
- Your Munchabout prices match your in-store prices. You agree not to add Munchabout-only mark-ups or upsells.
- You set your own delivery fee, radius and minimum order, and you receive the delivery fee in full.
Payments and payouts
- Diners pay you directly. Payments go to your own Stripe Connect account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank weekly.
- Card processing is charged by Stripe at cost to your account, typically about 1–3% of each payment, as it would be on your own card terminal. Munchabout adds nothing on top.
- You are the seller of the food and the delivery. Refunds for your orders come from your account, and we help resolve any dispute.
- Tips go to you with the order, and you pass them on to your team in full, as the law requires.
Quality
To stay listed on Munchabout, you agree to:
- Keep your menu accurate: dishes, options, prices and availability.
- Declare accurate allergen information for every dish and keep it up to date. Your information is the source of truth diners rely on.
- Comply with food safety law, including registering your food business and keeping a good food hygiene rating where your area has a scheme.
- Honour the orders you accept, and keep diners informed while you prepare and deliver them.
- Use driver mode for your deliveries, so every diner gets live tracking.
- Employ and insure your drivers properly.
If something slips, we'll talk to you first and give you a fair chance to put it right.
Ending these terms
Either of us can end these terms with notice. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. We can end them too, for example if a restaurant repeatedly breaks the price promise, falls below our quality bar or breaks the law. Orders already accepted are completed either way.
Changes and law
We'll tell you about material changes to these terms before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
