You pay a flat monthly sub per location. Your customers pay your prices, and that money goes straight to you, along with the delivery fee you set, minus only card processing (about 1–3%). That's the whole model.

Cook well. Climb the list.
Getting on is simple: a registered food business, a good hygiene rating where your area has one, your full menu with allergens, and your in-store prices. After that, diners decide. You're ranked by people who actually ordered, so good food rises to the top, and nobody can pay to jump the queue.

Before you ask.
All restaurant questionsHow much does Munchabout cost?
£99 per location per month, ex VAT. That price includes every feature and unlimited orders. Your first month is free, and if you pay yearly you get 2 months free.
Do you really take 0% commission?
Yes. We don't take a percentage of any order, and we don't add fees to your customers' baskets. Our only income is the flat monthly subscription.
What about card fees?
Orders are paid straight to you, so card processing fees (roughly 1–3%, depending on the card) come out of your takings, just as they would on your own card terminal. Munchabout takes nothing from the order on top.
Do I need my own drivers?
For delivery, yes. You deliver with your own team, using driver mode in the Munchabout partner app, which gives every diner live tracking. You set your own delivery fee and keep all of it. No driver on shift? Switch to collection only and keep taking orders.
Who sets my menu prices?
You do. We ask that your Munchabout prices match your in-store prices, with no Munchabout-only mark-ups or upsells. That's the promise diners come to us for.
