How joining works

Apply on Monday. Often cooking for new regulars by the weekend.

Getting on Munchabout takes three steps and usually a few days. Here is what happens, and what a night of orders looks like once you are live.

Getting on.

  1. 01

    Join the waitlist

Leave your email and we'll get in touch for your business name, address, cuisine, and menu. Have your food business registration to hand.

  2. 02

    We check, you chat

We check the basics (registration, hygiene rating, menu and prices) and have a 10-minute chat about how you deliver: your team, your radius, your fee.

  3. 03

    Set up your kitchen

Add your bank details for payouts, your menu with allergens, set your hours and delivery settings, and invite your drivers to driver mode.

  4. 04

    Go live, keep your prices

Your first month is free. After that it is one flat price per location. 0% commission on every order from day one.

Once you're live

A night on the pass.

  1. 01

    An order lands

The kitchen-pass tablet sounds and shows the whole ticket, including allergens and any kitchen note.

  2. 02

    Accept with a ready time

Tap 15 minutes. The payment is captured and the diner sees your time.

  3. 03

    Cook

The ticket moves to On the pass with a timer. Running late? The timer says so, in words and colour.

  4. 04

    Assign a driver

Pick whoever is on shift, or let a driver claim it in driver mode. Collection orders just wait to be picked up.

  5. 05

    Delivered

The diner tracks the driver live, the driver taps Delivered, and the order is done. The payment is already on its way to you.

  • Menu prices on Munchabout that match your in-store prices
